Returns and refunds

We want you to enjoy your scented body butter. Our returns and support terms are set out below.

Unopened returns

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because these are personal care products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened items. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

If the scent is not right for you

Fragrance develops differently on everyone's skin. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution. This scent-support promise is not an automatic money-back guarantee for opened products.

Quality issues, damaged or incorrect orders

If you experience a problem with product quality, damage, missing items or an incorrect order, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess the issue; an unboxing video is not required.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. The 30-day contact period does not limit any statutory rights that apply for longer.

How to arrange a return

Email support@obscented.com or use our contact form before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is your responsibility. Where a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we cover reasonable return costs as required by law.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. These rights also apply to sale items. Any mandatory cancellation or return rights in your location continue to apply.
